The customer service at the front desk was excellent. The young lady there, because I do not speak Spanish, actually called another facility that I needed to stay in the next day and made my reservation for me.

It is walking distance from the main bus station.. easily even with a large suitcase like mine. Walking distance to the "running of the bulls street" -Estafeta St, The main square and the shopping district. I didn't need to take a bus until I was visiting my Aunty in the suburbs. It's a very walkable city. I only had to take my suitcase up three small stairs to get to the elevator. The shower pressure was good and there was plenty of space to put your clean clothes to not get them wet. It's also close to a quick laundry. Check out 'La Estefeta' the pintxo & cider bar where you can sit on the street, people watch and experience lovely staff and awesome food.
There isn't any privacy to the beds but that wasn't a problem for me or my roommates. But for women I'd suggest staying in a female dorm. Everything was comfortable and I enjoyed being able to blackout the room and open the windows and let the plenty of natural light in during the day.

The facilities are beautiful! It’s the first albergue you see off the Camino when entering Puente la Reina. It’s connected to a nice bar/restaurant. The rooms have AC, which is a huge bonus when walking in the summer.

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Easy to find, comfortable bed exceptional bathroom. Much better than the IBIS budget we stayed in in 2016 (Saint Jean de Luz). Would use an IBIS styles again without hestitation.
great location for motorcycle trips.Easy access to Pyrenees and central Spain.
