I wanted to skip the crowds at Ronceville and it was an easy, flat walk onto Burguete. This also gave me a more relaxed start in the morning, since I was ahead of the mass start. It had a well equipped kitchen, which my bunk roommates put to good use for dinner.

Great staff; super friendly and went out of their way to make the stay memorable! The room was spotless; the beds comfortable. Was one of the best stays on the Camino!
Albergue Kortarixar has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Elizondo. Located around 28 miles from Hendaye Train Station, the hostel with free WiFi is also 28 miles away from FICOBA.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Wonderful and calm hostel. So glad to have continued to Espinal. The hostel was comfortable and had a sitting area to relax. The bathrooms were very clean and pleasant. A wonderful place to land after a longer day in the Camino.bar and restaurant are good too.
great location - if you want to go from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Pamplona (or vice versa, like me;) in two days, stay here. If you want to stay longer, I also recommend it. I have no comments, only advantages.

This is a gorgeous hostel/guest house. Kind people, amazing facilities, very comfy beds, and a lovely vibe. Superb value for money too. A perfect stop over for pilgrims and travellers alike. The kitchen is honestly better equipped than many private apartments I've stayed in! I'd stay again for sure.
A great hotel/ hostel, you can book dormitory or private room. I advise you to reserve dinner so you can experience good company with other pilgrims. lovely staff!
