Excellent hostel, exactly as described.
Photos and information on the site are accurate and there are very comfortable beds and they were silent. No noise from the bed frame when people roll over and the ladders were sturdy. Beds were the best so far on the Camino. Nice fresh cotton sheets and a real towel.
The room was so quiet - we slept right through the night until peoples alarms went off in the morning to get up and go walking.
It's a 5 or 6 minute walk to the supermarket that has everything you need. The kitchen has a microwave and toaster and jug along with cups, plates and basic cutlery but nothing else. No hotplates or pots and pans so don't bring that type of food with you.

Nuria runs a small (10 bunk) albergue right in the middle of O Porrino. The location was exceptional. It was right off the main round about in the center of town, with restaurants, shopping and everything within a 5 minute walk. The beds were clean and comfortable. There are 2 showers and a men’s and women’s bathroom so there was really never a wait. She recommended a great restaurant for dinner and made sure we had everything we needed. It was also nice having a locker right under the bunks that locked for your backpack and valuables. And don’t worry! There are steps to get up to the top bunk if the ladder is a little intimidating! We would definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely stay here. We were made so welcome and everyone was so kind. The hotel is in a great location and felt very Spanish and authentic which we loved. Our room was large, bright and comfortable with amazing views out to sea. It was spotlessly clean and fresh. We would highly recommend.

Absolute incredible hostel! Extremely cheap, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious. Loads of room in the lockers & they offer washing & drying spaces for your clothes. Rooms were nice and cool in the summer heat, would recommend to anyone wanting a cheap few nights right next to the beach.

This hostel was the first, who answered my question.
Everything was great - very clean and new and comfortable! Hostel has everything - kitchen with the fridge, microwave and water boiler, even free tea ;) There is a laundry room with a washing machine. Each bed has it's own light, plug, and a small shelf. And the locker of course :) the host is a very nice man, very friendly and helpful. There was a room free and he let me choose if I want to stay alone in one room, or to have a company and stay in another one.
It was the best hostel I stayed while walking Camino :)
