The rooms are located in an establishment where they grow fruit trees and make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from them. The establishment is magnificent, tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is good. There are common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. The kitchen is fully equipped (there are even condiments). Laundry can also be washed and hung out (2 euros for 1 load of laudry). Toilet paper, towels and hygiene products are also available. There's an enclosed bicycle garage. Check-in and check-out are also easy.

Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
great location near the lake, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and modern rooms, great bed, good. breakfast, easy parking next to hotel, or in carpark under hotel, airconditioning in rooms/hotel, easy access to old-town on foot, great restaurants nearby, accessible swimming in the lake
Great location, professional friendly staff, quiet room when the windows are closed. Some of the original features (staircase) of the building were kept which gave it character, whilst the interior was updated, modern, and comfortable. Great shower and lots of bench space in the bathroom. Handy to shops, restaurants, train station, old town, and lakefront.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Standard breakfast with few cold options plus couple of warm ones.
Possible to store the bikes in locked storage room.
Room was much larger than I expected, with 2 separate bedrooms which was a bonus as I was travelling with my two young children. Great location close to town and easy reach from the parking lot.
Very good location, especially for cyclists.
Everything was tidy and clean. It felt like it was freshly renovated. It was ok quiet, we slept well. There was a safe place to leave the bikes. Late check in went well.
Nice clean rooms, great mattress, extra pillows provided as asked for. Great shower!
Friendly staff and the location couldn’t be better. We parked our car across the street, which wasn’t cheap (€24) but was a safe option when traveling by car and need the convenience of distance.
Didn’t have the breakfast.
Our room was stylish and very comfortable. Great location to explore the Altstadt of Konstanz. The staff were really lovely, helpful and welcoming. Great safe parking too.
Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and bedding, small safe for valuables, functional and clean bathroom, great windows and automatic roller shutters keeping out the noise from busy road and central train station.
Great location to local shops, public transport, ferry, great view from window, yummy breakfast option.
