The owner Gerry and his wife were an absolute pleasure to stay with. They were both really friendly, dignified, and inviting people and made the check in process not only an easeful one, but a rather enjoyable one also.
They've both clearly put a lot of thought and ambition into their property, even making each room match a specific "theme" or ambience which was a lovely touch, I thought.
All of the bedding was clean, the facilities were tidy, and to be truly honest, I was surprised to feel right at home here.

The room was nice looking and appeared to have gone through renovation recently. The location is quite good near Friedrichhafen promenade. The owner received us and was friendly. There were kitchen and laundry appliances available and the internet worked fine.

Great location, professional friendly staff, quiet room when the windows are closed. Some of the original features (staircase) of the building were kept which gave it character, whilst the interior was updated, modern, and comfortable. Great shower and lots of bench space in the bathroom. Handy to shops, restaurants, train station, old town, and lakefront.

Room was much larger than I expected, with 2 separate bedrooms which was a bonus as I was travelling with my two young children. Great location close to town and easy reach from the parking lot.

Everything was tidy and clean. It felt like it was freshly renovated. It was ok quiet, we slept well. There was a safe place to leave the bikes. Late check in went well.

Friendly staff and the location couldn’t be better. We parked our car across the street, which wasn’t cheap (€24) but was a safe option when traveling by car and need the convenience of distance.

Our room was stylish and very comfortable. Great location to explore the Altstadt of Konstanz. The staff were really lovely, helpful and welcoming. Great safe parking too.
Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and bedding, small safe for valuables, functional and clean bathroom, great windows and automatic roller shutters keeping out the noise from busy road and central train station.
