The hostel is located within walking distance to Santa Elena's centre and 30min drive to Santa Elena's Reserve (Bosque Nuboso). No issues at the check-in. Parking was available for all guests. The personnel was helpful: even before we arrived they were able to answer our questions about road closures.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! The staff were friendly and helpful and helped with activities. The food was amazing, lovely rooms and a nice common area to lounge in by the fire.
The hosts were very helpful organising tours and transportation. The hostel is very cheap with a well equipped kitchen, lots of fridge space and there were even a cat and a hostel bunny. The rooms and bathroom were clean and you were provided with a sheet and a warm blanket as well a towel.
