The brilliant of hotel is Ralph! He is the best in Wulingyuan and Zhanggjiajie! His English is perfect (which is almost not found anywhere else in today's China). We booked all our trip tickets with discounts, Ralph told us everything in detail, put them on the shelves, and painted all the routes. He helped us solve many other issues. Thank you very much!

Great place to stay in zhangjajajie, I arrived late at night, they helped me plan my visit, I had an idea of what I wanted to see and they booked all my tickets , I didn't have to worry about a thing. The hostel is about a 10 minute walk from the Wulingyuan enterance of the Zhangjiajie National Park - a fantastic location even for lodging that would cost several times more per night! The hostel and facilities are clean throughout. The host provided valuable info through WeChat, particularly on weather conditions in the park that affected transportation options within the park. Great value for your money given the comfort, cleanliness, and superb location! Just one note: make sure you can use Alipay - you can only pay for the laundry machine using Alipay.

The owner of this hotel are so nice, the guy lend me money because i had a problem with my wechat and alipay. And the girl offered me to do my laundry i know thats too much. Thats why i just asked her to help me to operate their washer so i can just do it on my own. They are so nice, if im going to go back in zhangjiajie, i will stay in their hotel for sure.

Perfect location. 10 minutes far from the Zhangjiajie main entrance, and 5 minutes far from the bus station to get to the other main places (Tianmen Mountain, Grand Canyon,...) and the railway station. Rooms are big and bathroom as well. All the days it was cleaned and 1 use towels were placed on it.
After you check in in the hostel, , you get a detailed descripción how to visit and get to Zhangjiajie Park and the other attractions. Lili-Ly is all kindness helping you online every question and with the online attractions bookings.
It's very quiet surrounding and host Anthony is fantastic.. making sure we are comfortable, knows where to go, things all booked, back safely. We can wash clothes for free and bottled mineral water on the house.
It's just 10 mins walk to national park, there's few restaurants and bars down the corner. An hour drive to grand Canyon and 50 mins drive to tianmen mountain.

The owner was super helpful and friendly, he helped me with everything and gave me a lot of tips since this was my first stop in China. He speaks english. You can book every tour there. The hostel is close to the airport and to the bus station. Basic facility but very cheap. Good place to meet people.
If you are going to TianMen this is a great place to stay. Its close to the cable car that will take you up. The downstairs and room are nicely decorated. The hotel is pretty cheap, so great for keeping a budget

I had an incredible stay here, it was perfect for my visit to Zhangjiajie! The place is in a great location to be able to access the National Park and the Glass Bridge Grand Canyon nearby. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and contain everything you need. The neighbourhood was quiet and was very safe. Our host, Rebecca, is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home. She helped us with so much, such as booking tickets, suggesting an itinerary and providing tips, arranging transportation and getting breakfast, and goes above and beyond!
