The location could not be better, whether it's carnaval or 'normal' times it's right in the heart of everything. The hostel.is clean, I stayed in a private room but saw the dorm, which is bright and spacious. Ricardo, the owner, is always around to make things go smooth inside and keep the wrong people outside.

Very clean and tidy. The room was more spacious then expected. Bigger then it appears in the pictures. The beds were comfy and had your own locker, light,shelf and hook per bed. Very safe building.

This is a place where you feel at home Vinicius and Venâncio are absolutely amazing. The location is top notch, at all times you feel secure and taken care of, you sleep well and Pedro (the house mascot is an added bonus to the stay. Cleanliness is perfect and you can tell rhe staff does their job with love. Totally recommendable. Great value for your money.

It was a pretty clean and organized place, with good communal space, but no atmosphere whatsoever. For me it made sense because I had an appointment around the corner, but as a backpacker, I was much happier when I moved downtown, where hostels had no pool but a lot of charm (and also were cheaper)
Very small hostel with a family-like feel! I really liked the location at the daytime - close to a lovely beach, however, once it got dark, I haven't felt safe around as a woman.
we have been travelling for 2 months and this one def one of the best hostels where we stayed. the place is very well decorated, organised and cozy. we took the private room, all very comfortable, we felt at home. people are nice and friendly and speak English!! (which is not taken for granted here) breakfast was very good!
