Organised as if it were a new hotel, the staff is interested and helpful. The rooms are cosy and warm enough. Toilet and shower are separate. Lockers are sufficient.

We stayed in a quadruple family room, really liked the layout with the two single beds downstairs and the queen bed upstairs. The bathroom and toilet and small kitchenette were behind cupboard doors, clever! Breakfast was included in our rate and I was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had. Youth hostels have come a long way!

We had a great stay at funnysmallworld, we were transiting the city and it was a perfect place to stay the night. The place is very comfortable. They even acommodated our special request, which was very helpful. We recommend the stay there.
Budget travelers know there's no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: Save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a little more.
Literally the best hostel ive been to, especially the room and the staff. For the room, its clean and well structured with big a** locker
And sturdy bunk bed
it was one of the best hostels I was in, super clean, with nice rooms, and a nice location, I recommend it 100%. Also it was safe neighborhood, clean streets and overall good experience
The hostel is a 15 minute walk from the city centre.
I stayed in a 4-bed mixed dormitory, it was pretty small, but for the price it was alright.
The bunk bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean and the duvet was pleasantly warm.
The bathroom was clean, better than you would expect.
I really loved the small balcony, it was refreshing to feel some fresh air in the morning.
I got a wonderful, quiet room, and the bed was a normal one, not a bunk bed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good enough (Speculoos Creme :) Tidy and clean hostel. Easy to find, check in. Great location - close to Lidl, interesting district and two steps from the center. My backpack was stored for a few hours free of charge.
Great location to stay, very central near Grand Place (as you might have guessed by its name).
My reservation was one bed in a 6 bed mixed dormitory including a nice breakfast.
Good service, clean and nice personnel are some of the key words describing Latroupe Grand Place Hostel.
Next time visiting Brussels, this will be the place to stay.
Possibly the best hostel that I've been to. Location is excellent. Staff are excellent. Hostel was clean and the bathroom was excellent. Bunk beds were a little creaky. I didn't get to try the breakfast. But I would highly recommend this hostel.
I stayed at Sleep Well for 2 night, It was fabulous, the hostel was really clean and safe. I didn't expect hostel will be so spacious and tidy, especiallythe bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, we had bread with different jam and spread, salad, tuna, scramble egg, boiled egg, fried sausage and drinks.... The location was excellent , it is just 5 mins walk from Rogier Metro station and city centre. Sleep Well has lot of qcommunal areas that you can sit and relax. This was the best hostel I have stayed for holiday
I stayed in a shared dormitory at this hostel for one night until I met my friends who were coming to Brussels a day later. The staff was immensely nice and friendly, they could communicate very well in English and the explained everything in detail. The common area is welcoming and it serves as a great place to meet new people or hang out with people you’re travelling with. Rooms were clean, well organised and safe. I was very satisfied and will definitely stay at other LaTroupe hostels in the future.
One of the best hostels I've been to. I haven't been to a hostel in 8 years, and was shocked by the standard. Either it has changed a lot in the last couple of years, or this was just a really great hostel. Nothing to complain about. Clean, safe, great location and pretty much exactly what I wanted. I was even lucky with quiet roommates
