Nice stay at this hostel, we had a private room with our own bathroom which was clean and enough for the 3 nights were there. Dinner is optional each night and you can pay what you feel necessary as run by volunteers. Lots of games in the common area you can play. It seems quiet but comes more alive when the bar opens and dinner time which is at 8pm (this could be a little earlier). Not right in town but is about a 5min walk to the main train station which is convenient, and you can get the metro in nice and easy. Overall great stay, would recommend.

I am staying at this hostel for the second time. I like its homely atmosphere, it's quiet and peaceful here. There is an equipped kitchen where we prepared breakfast and dinner. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoos, gels, toothpaste. The rooms are warm and clean.
I really like the location, my daughter and I walked to the center, as it is very close. But at the same time, there is a subway and public transport stops near the hostel. I recommend this hostel to my friends and I will stay there again next time.

Location is OK, close from the main station but not that much from Ringstrasse. The concept of being isolated from your neighbours' sight is practical.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The hostel is cozy, the lower rooms have a grandmother's house feel. The owner is amiable and shows his effort to improve the building and keep it in a good running order. The rooms were decently maintained, the common areas were lush and trimming with life and the appliances worked perfectly. The area around is filled with beautiful forests where you can walk and at the same time has plenty of supermarkets around to provision yourself. This is one of the few hostels that offer a queen size bed in a private room.
The friendliest, most helpful, chillest hostel manager I've had on this trip, over 15 months of travel.
420 friendly, which was a big plus.
A 10-20 minute walk to a restaurant and some public transit.
Two kitchens.
Decent bathrooms, hot shower.
A game room.
A musical keyboard, which was a huge plus for me!!
A boho hostel in the Vienna forest along the St Jacob pilgrimage route. You can reach it by frequent train from the capital in about half an hour. It looked more like someone's villa he turned into accommodation for his friends
Tomas was really helpful and he allow to cook in an excellent chicken. The bathroom is amazing and the room is comfortable. It is easy to arrive in the hostel from the metro station by bus number 451.
