Surprisingly, very pleasant self-check-in when the host was not at place. The self-service refrigerator for cold drinks on a hot day was the best. Very kind and friendly host who prepared an excellent Italian breakfast.

Quiet and comfortable room with a nice view on the garden and an individual bathroom. The city centre is very easily accessible by bus, tram or city bike, all conveniently located just a few metres away. There’s also a bakery open from 630 even on Sundays and the supermarket where you can buy food drinks and have breakfast. The staff is very friendly.
Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Extremely helpful staff. Great location with beautiful scenery and near many awesome activities. Great wellness center. Great activities room for kids. Spacious room. Loved having the coffee machine in the room.
Great location - beautiful scenery and perfect for cross country skiing. Regular and reliable bus connection so we didn't feel limited without a car! Room is small but has everything you need and is very comfortable. The family are so friendly and helpful, and the fresh bread buns in the morning are a lovely touch.
The team around Ondrej makes everyone feel special!!
2 highlights from our stay:
1) go into the sauna!! (ask at the reception about an hour before you want to get in, you will certainly enjoy it)
2) if you are not a vegetarian and it's a spare ribs evening, go for it!! (yes, our vegetarian daughter also got her treats, but the ribs stood out)
All in all, a great location for skiing (we chose Seefeld) but there are plenty of hiking trails...
We will be back
Great location, nice family who runs this property. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Vending machine. near the house with alpine cow milk:)
