The couple that run the Sana Villa are very helpful: they provided us with the information we needed, booked us tours we enjoyed, and arranged all the necessary logistics. Rooms are very clean, spacious and location is great for exploring treasures of Ninh Binh region. The breakfast is freshly served every morning and catered to your wishes. On top of that there are complimentary bikes. The place also rents out motorbikes.

This place is more like an 11/10 if I could give it. We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were great. They were clean, modern, fully equipped, and the beds are great. But the main pleasure was the staff, who all went above and beyond to make this a great time for us. We got personalized food recommendations from staff member Moon. These were all great local places. She's even now, after I've left, still sharing recommendations for the new location I'm at. All the other staff were great and helpful too, clearly eager and happy to make it a great time.

The most amazing staff and beautiful accommodation in a hidden oasis. The town itself is full of friendly and welcoming locals. The owner helped us plan our itinerary to save on tour money and we had the most amazing time following her recommendation. At first, I thought we got to the wrong town because I could not imagine how a green oasis could exist in the middle of the town. Once we found the accommodation I was blown away at how peaceful it is.

The owners are super super friendly. The location is great since it is close to all the main attractions in Ninh Binh. You can ride the bikes for free and they also offer scooter rental for a reasonable price, which is pretty convenient. The room was good value for money

The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I give it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Family ran homestay, they are all very nice and helpful, will go out of their way to help you out. We rented bicycles from them and were very satisfied.
