The breakfasts were exceptional, the best breakfasts we had in Vietnam really. And they have 2 little super cute puppies which made us look forward to go back to the hotel every day.

From complimentary cups of tea, card games and even a family bike ride; my boyfriend and I attribute our enjoyment of Ninh Binh/Tam Coc to this incredible family and homestay. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

The most amazing staff and beautiful accommodation in a hidden oasis. The town itself is full of friendly and welcoming locals. The owner helped us plan our itinerary to save on tour money and we had the most amazing time following her recommendation. At first, I thought we got to the wrong town because I could not imagine how a green oasis could exist in the middle of the town. Once we found the accommodation I was blown away at how peaceful it is.

This homestay was absolutely fantastic. Very large rooms, everything was new and clean, and the whole place was done up very well. Although the hosts didn't speak much English they were friendly and helpful (they used a translation app when things weren't clear). Additionally the price we paid was incredible for what we got (we were there in the off season and it was discounted). Would highly recommend this place if you want somewhere quiet and pleasant to relax.

The property felt magical, tucked away back in the limestone canyon, away from the road. It felt like a hidden paradise and was very clean, well kept, and maintained.

The rooms were nice and big. 5 minute bike ride from the centre. :)
