We are in our 60s and old backpackers and always love meeting other travellers- this was the perfect place. The owners were super attentive and helpful with everything. The highlight was a trek with the Hmong guides. Diego also organised for us to go to Heaven’s Gate and Love Falls with a driver. We are sure you will not regret booking here.

It's not somewhere to expect nightlife, etc. The owners are great. All food was yummy and reasonably priced. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.

They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! They helped us book our tour with Su (a local tour guide) and the whole experience was perfect! They wrapped our breakfast and found my watch after I had left the homestay and they found a way to send me the watch back! Huge kudos to Leah, who was interacting with us all the time (perfect English, btw)

Offering a garden and garden view, SaPa Big Tree Hmong Homestay is situated in Sa Pa, 14 km from Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station and 10 km from Sa Pa Lake. Had such a wonderful stay! Although we were there when the weather was very unfavourable, we still had a great time. The hosts were more than incredible, the food was some of the best I’ve had in a long time, and the trekking we did was lovely! Beds very comfortable. Co recommended going to a hot herbal bath in the village and it was great! We will be coming back one day :)

The location is great with a wonderful view across the valley. The bedroom was lovely, beautifully decorated and the blankets kept us warm even though it was freezing at night. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Pavi has recently opened a restaurant, Pavi Garden, about 3km from the property and we stopped there after our village tour. It also serves great food with the added bonus of friendly cats who will sit on your lap. We enjoyed our stay with Pavi very much and highly recommend Pavi Home.

My room was clean and comfortable, the location was good too. But most of all I liked people who work there. They were so friendly and helpful. They helped me with finding taxi, booking trips and they even gave me a sweater because it was very cold and I didn’t have enough warm clothes. I’m happy that I chose this place to stay.
