Vy Khanh Guesthouse is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, a short 700-metre walk from the popular Ben Thanh Market. Vy was a wonderful host - communicative and supportive in managing the chaos of Ho Chi Minh City. The room and bathroom were spotless and the location was excellent in terms of food and shopping. I think this is the best value room that you can find in district 1 at this price point. I have stayed in other hotels around Vietnam and often this price point means sacrificing a private bathroom or a window.

Everything was good, nice clean and spacious room. It was also very nicely decorated and cozy. The contact was also great, and the instructions on how to get in were also clear.

The room was spacious, enough for a couple. The owner was nice and helpful. You can have your clothes washed for free. Parking is free, too.

Located within the District 3 district in Ho Chi Minh City, Mao Home has air conditioning, a patio, and city views. Room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the neighbourhood, it was close to the airport but still in a lovely area with lots to do and see. Host was extremely helpful with some stressful baggage loss issues on my flight to HCM. I would definitely stay here again. Good to get a little out of the busy district 1.

Lovely patisserie and very clean and renewed property. I would book again and again. The only place I have been in vietnam where nobody pushed me to write good reviews. For me it was very good value for money because if you go to an hotel is for sure older than this and less comfortable. I liked everything, the decor, the atmosphere and the location.

The homestay is a peaceful oasis in the midst of the bustling city. It is quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The room was clean, and the interior was cozy and well-maintained. The host was not only incredibly warm and friendly but she also went above and beyond by letting me leave my luggage at the homestay while I took a day and night trip to the Mekong Delta.
