Vy Khanh Guesthouse is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, a short 700-metre walk from the popular Ben Thanh Market. Location was perfect within walking distance of everything we needed. Ms Vy was very friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond everytime we asked for something. She gave us tips on where to go and she helped us book tours in the city. I have traveled here before but this year... its hot! I was amazed how well the AC cooled down the room. The windows are facing the sun but still, it was cool. Location is superb. You can reach all the main areas by walking. Perhaps 20-30 min walk from all main places in the centrum. Both of the administrators were very helpful and friendly. The juice / smoothie bar is a nice extra. After coming from training or from a walk, its nice to take a refreshing cold drink before relaxing. 10 points from me

Located within the District 3 district in Ho Chi Minh City, Mao Home has air conditioning, a patio, and city views. I got food poisoning I think, and threw up a few times. The owner and employees were very kind, and helpful.

Great location in Saigon. Very nicely decorated room and perfect bathroom and facilities overall, as well as great respite from a hot day in the city or the surrounding area. There's a nice restaurant just in front which I could still go to despite our very late check-in, and which stays open throughout most of the day. Breakfast is not included in the price, but the bakery downstairs is really good if you crave some croissants after a few weeks of travelling around South East Asia (it's not cheap, but hey, it's a good Western-style bakery in SE Asia :) ...)

Really nice and accommodating staff. The room was spacious, large bed and TV. Located centrally in D1 which is quite convenient.

Situated in Ho Chi Minh City, near Tan Dinh Market, Diamond Plaza and War Remnants Museum, Homestay TITO features free WiFi. Good size room with a balcony and was very comfortable and quiet. The homestay is down a quiet alley in a very vibrant part of town. The owners are a really lovely couple and very helpful. Highly recommended.
