Honestly I was really surprised by this place. The kind staff picked us up from the station for free, gave us a free upgrade of our room (which was an insane room by the way), did our laundry for us for free and drove us to the station when we left. The room was spotless and it had a large hot spring with a TV attached, not to mention the two high quality PCs next to our bed. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Also they have English support, but on the ground staff only speak Mandarin. Their English support is fluent, so no need to worry.

Set within 200 metres of Waiao Beach and 1.6 km of Double Lions Beach, Sun Moment 鬆貓們民宿 features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Toucheng. This is a very cozy guest house just steps from the beach and surf shops and cafes. The staff is great and very nice and helpful. Best of all were the cats! We picked Sun Moment because we thought it would be a quiet place to recover from jet lag. We were not disappointed. We would book here again.

The best hotel we've stayed in in Taiwan. Spotlessly clean, lovely quiet neighbourhood but only a short drive into the city. A communal fridge stocked with drinks and a microwave are available for guest use. Note there is no lift.
