The kind staff picked us up from the station for free, gave us a free upgrade of our room (which was an insane room by the way), did our laundry for us for free and drove us to the station when we left. The room was spotless and it had a large hot spring with a TV attached, not to mention the two high quality PCs next to our bed. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Also they have English support, but on the ground staff only speak Mandarin. Their English support is fluent, so no need to worry.

Spotlessly clean, lovely quiet neighbourhood but only a short drive into the city. A communal fridge stocked with drinks and a microwave are available for guest use. Note there is no lift.
