The staff was super friendly, they really took good care for their guests! The view of the rooftop bar was amazing, the food brilliant. They even brought little chocolate greetings to the room- more to say,....? :) So I loved this hotel and I would recommend it highly to all city travellers.

The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. The room with view of the sea was amazing. Very well kept and fresh. We quickly felt at home. The owner and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast amazing and exciting. Even though we stayed one week we got new surprises every morning.

The room was very spacious and the decor is wonderful selected with support from local artisans. The rooftop was an added bonus despite the poor weather we experienced during our stay. The location was also very convenient within the Medina and had easy (for Tunisia) parking nearby.
