Located in Kanchanaburi, less than 1 km from The Jeath War Museum and 2.9 km from Kanchanaburi Railway Station, Home of River Kwai offers a terrace and air conditioning. Awesome Experience. Staff were very friendly. Clean and Neat rooms and bathrooms. We rented a bike for a day from here and they gave us bicycles for free for night ride.

Situated within 1.8 km of The Bridge of the River Kwai and 2.1 km of The Jeath War Museum, Siam Guesthouse provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kanchanaburi. It was authentic and clean. There are two night markets in walking distance and there are temples right across it. The breakfast was yummy too. We would go there again.

Amazing place where you can enjoy the nature, the peaceful of a small village and the amazing food home made by the girls of the house. everything was just perfect! the place is 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the waterfall, our room was really nice, big, comfortable and clean. we ate at their restaurant for lunch and dinner and the food was delicious and also cheap! really recommend!

Offering a non-smoking property, Jim Guest House provides an on-site a la carte restaurant serving Thai food. Jim and her daughter Kate are very generous and helpful hosts. The whole property is clean and beautiful. The rooms were small but comfortable. The swimming pool was clean. They even served us breakfast early at 6am when we needed to leave at 6:30am for hiking. They helped us with bookings whenever we wanted and the rates were reasonable. Overall it was amazing to stay there.

Situated in Ban Hin Hak and only 21 km from Erawan Waterfall, ณ กาญโฮม features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. A very friendly couple is running this small resort. It is quite remote and I arrived late so I was extremely glad I was offered a proper meal -very much appreciated... Breakfast on the terrace was also very nice...

Offering a sun terrace and water sports facilities, Sweet Home Floating House is set in Ban Lum Le. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Some units include views of the lake or garden. Quiet environment, stunning views, friendly and hospitable staff. We had such a peaceful time, it was like being in heaven. Definitely one of the loveliest accommodations in Kanchanaburi. We would love to come back again!

Set amidst rural landscapes, Ban Sabai Sabai offers the experience of living in a Thai village. Just 5 minutes’ walk from River Kwai, it features a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. We stayed for three days in this little paradise. Lovely room in a lovely garden with lovely people. They speak quite good English and are very willing to help with anything. Every day after sightseeing we were glad to get back "home" and have a beer on our balcony overlooking the garden and listering to the birds in the jungle next to us. Comfortable beds, good working showers, aircom. They even made breakfast en cooked dinner for us, (although that's not in the deal!) and took us to the station. A lovely place for peace, quiet and beauty.

Very nice and helpful staff, authentic homestay, family atmosphere, clean. Very affordable including breakfast. Basic breakfast is pretty simple but we receied something extra every day, apparently common with the family breakfast. For those looking for authentic Thai homestay, simple, clean, with nice and smiley staff, this is a great choice.
