Boutique Penzion Slovakia & Slovakia Residence is located centrally in Kosice just 50 metres from St. Alzbeta Cathedral. The property has a steakhouse restaurant, and a terrace for dining. We had a beautiful room, it looked just like the photos. The bed was so comfy, I had the best nights sleep I’ve had for a while. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Hrabusice is the best base for a visit to Slovensky Raj and exploring the Spis region. Some hiking trails (Hornad canyon, Sucha Bela) are walking distance from the village, for the rest you would need a car as public transport is limited outside summer holidays. Due to some mix up with the booking Peter (the host) arranged for us to stay in an apartment in another part of the village. It was an upgrade as we had a whole very comfy apartment with kitchen to ourselves. Communication with Peter was fast and reliable and the proposed solution more than satisfactory! Tip for visitors: since April 2024 local tourist tax (2 euros per person per night) allows free entry to paid sites in Slovensky Raj and includes insurance for mountain rescue costs.

Pavol, the owner takes immense pride in this place and it shows. He is a genuine, kind and generous person who honestly cares if you are taken care of. I’ve been to places all over the world and this is my favorite place, hands down? Why? The amenities are many (the infra red sauna and hot tub to watch sunsets are two) and Pavol is excited for you to enjoy the labors of his work. He even helped me plan my day at the park and made sure I found my way. This was a special experience. I absolutely recommend this place.

Very modem and close to the city centre. The host was very nice to let me check out later, and it really helped.

Offering a garden and garden view, András penzión is set in Krásnohorské Podhradie, 49 km from Dobsinska Ice Cave and 1.2 km from Krasna horka. The rooms on the property are in a perfect location, the area is very nice - lots of trees, a fireplace, a fountain, you feel like in woods :) The room itself is small but nice but has everything you need including kitchen supplies. The bathroom has a big shower :) Over all, it is a cozy place to stay - almost feels like a little cottage in woods although you are in a small village. The owner is very friendly and always on phone if you need anything.

Located in Rožňava in the Košický kraj region, with Mining Museum and Medieval Town nearby, VILLA ANGEL provides accommodation with free private parking. It is a very clean, cosy and beautiful family house in a sweet little town from where you can undertake all kind of activities in nature. Around the corner is a very nice restaurant but you can also decide to stay at home and cook in the common kitchen. What is extra nice is the garden and that there is also a part that has a roof so you always can sit outside, also when it rains. The room that we had was really.comfortable and beautiful and with very nice beds. I highly recommend Villa Angel.
