Amazing place, this was the highlight of our trip in Portugal. The host was the best. He helped us book a local wine tour and gave us very good recommendations for everything that we needed. You must wake up for the sunrise and see it from the pool. We are definitely coming back to this place. The views are breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious 💯 recommended

Boasting an infinity pool and views of pool, Quinta do Monte Travesso - Country Houses & Winery is a guest house set in a historic building in Tabuaço, 25 km from Douro Museum. First time there and surely not the only one as we'll be back one day. Everything was perfect. The house is slightly detached from the rest of the farm, which gives some extra privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, and despite being there in winter time, we never felt cold as there's a really nice fireplace in the living room. We got a lot but really a lot of food for breakfast and even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. We're also lucky enough to get a guided tour of the farm house, which we absolutely loved. Both Bernardo and his dad were absolutely amazing throughout the whole stay, and always helpful whenever we needed. We found the whole stay perfect, and to be honest we'll surely be back as soon as possible.

Zimão Garden House is located in Vila Real, 30 km from Natur Waterpark, 31 km from Golf Course Vidago Palace, and 43 km from Douro Museum. Friendly owner and manager. Had some basic ingredients to cook with.

Quinta Pedreira dos Anjos has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Provesende, 12 km from Natur Waterpark. WOW!!! The views from the room and vinyards are incredible. It felt unreal. The hosts are just the nicest people and very kind, and despite the fact that they almost only speak portuguese, we were able to communicate. Homemade breakfast on the balcony with beautiful views was way above expectation. We had the chance to do wine/porto tasting, and had complimentary wine/porto/fruits from the place itself during the stay. Our family just loved the experience. Best rental experience ever! Highly recommend!!!

Located within 12 km of Longroiva Hot Springs and 40 km of São João da Pesqueira Wine Museum, Casa dos Primos provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Muxagata. If we could, we give a 10+++. The breakfast ++, the hospitalty was more than o.k. Such kind hosts, such beautiful walking aria, we are going back and stay longer than 3 days.

A recently renovated homestay in Peso da Régua and within 1.4 km of Douro Museum, Casa Vila Rosa features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. Beautiful house full of character and extremely well kept. Excellent position even being in a very quiet neighborhood.

Situated within 49 km of Mangualde Live Artificial Beach and 32 km of Monastery of São Joao de Tarouca, Casa do Castelo features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sernancelhe. Price was good. Comfort was good. There were several channels on TV.

Casa de Carrapatelo is situated in Mesão Frio and has a pool with a view and garden views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property was exceptional, we had a lot of space, we had a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, coffee. The shower was very large, the view was to peaceful vineyards. The host was very welcoming and answered fast to every question we had.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Douro D'Heart - Regua Guesthouse - Casa Completa is located in Peso da Régua. Dette er noe av det beste! En super leilighet rikt utstyrt og den har sjel! Vil absolutt anbefale dette! Dessuten en utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom vert!!

Quinta do Sol tilbyr overnatting i Alijó og har et sesongåpent utendørsbasseng, en hage, en fellesstue, en terrasse og grillutstyr. Fra boenhetene har du utsikt over hagen. Alt! Sara er fantastisk! Hun er superhyggelig og gjorde alt for at oppholdet skulle bli så bra som mulig. Kjæresten hjalp også til og var like hyggelig. Stille og fredelig, og et meget komfortabelt rom. Det er individuelt hva man liker, men madrass og pute passet meg perfekt. Veldig god frokost, en fantastisk stue for gjestene med vidstrakt utsikt. En trivelig hage med flere sittegrupper, og basseng for de som liker slikt. Mulig å grille i hagen. Sikker og skyggefull parkering for motorsykkelen min foran huset (bak låst port). Kort vei til landsbyen med flere bra spisesteder. Fine turmuligheter i nærområdet, både til fots og med eget kjøretøy. Som jeg sa til Sara da jeg dessverre måtte dra (ønsket å forlenge, men hun var fullbooket), det føltes ikke som et gjestehus, men som å bo hjemme hos en god venn. Jeg anbefaler stedet, og Sara, 100%!
