Numero Uno Beach House features a sun terrace with free Wi-Fi throughout. It is located directly on Ocean Park Beach and 3 km from Condado Lagoon. The location is superb, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is extremely Friendly and helpful, clearly going out of their way to make you welcome. We spent two lovely weeks here and I want to thank everyone, especially Chris who made our stay unforgettable.

The Stay was great and the people from the area were great as well. Really recommend to stay if your plans are to do some tourism around San Juan.

The location was great, clean, and peaceful . King-sized bed was very comfortable. Made a suggestion about patio chairs, and they were there when we got back from the beach. Thank you, Orlando.

The separate living and bedroom was nice. It was clean overall. Glad that the parking spot was gated and secure.

It was a great location and easy to get in and out of. The lockbox was simple and it was nice to not have to deal with a front desk or coordinating to check in and out. The place was clean and there was ample space

The home and the family were very welcoming . I would recommend this home to all. It’s not just a place to stay. It is a home .!!! Anyone would feel comfortable in the home . Smeštajni objekat Coqui del Mar - LGBTQ Hotel - Adults Only nudi besplatne bicikle, bazen na otvorenom, vrt i terasu u gradu San Huan. The staff us amazing all the time taking care of you, a hot jacuzzi and small pool in middle friendly guests. The room is huge not fancy but amazing felt at home amazing large kitchen. They think of it all put coffe and water outside all day. Everything you need is in room from blender to make drinks, a bunch of snacks even popcorn for microwave. Beach is 2 min walk away.

The most impressing aspect of this location is its host Mrs. Eileen with her energy, passion attention to details, and hospitality. Eileen worked so hard to please us and made sure that we got the best of this short vacation. She contacted us even before we started our journey giving us guidance to arrive safely to her location. She stayed with us from the time we landed in San Juan after 2:00 AM, made sure we get to her place with clear instructions. She was waiting for us that early and opened the door herself smiling and showing us our place with all the amenities. She made sure that we could wake her up any time if we need her. In the morning, she has a list of prepared recommendations where we can eat, shop, and places to visit. She let us use her kitchen. She noticed that I have allergy. She offered medication. She even went to the extent that she washed and dried our clothes. Her place is very cozy and clean, with all the amenities and privacy in a very safe place central to all highways and shopping centers.
