It's a small but nice & clean room and had everything we needed for our two nights here (including a small cooler & two beach chairs!). The internet was great (my wife was able to lead a Zoom call). And the location was great for us to check out Isla Verde. But best of all, the host (Russell) was communicative and helpful. He even gave us a couple great recommendations for local spots to get good food/drinks.

Came to Puerto Rico for work and wanted somewhere near the office, glad I made the choice for a 8 nights stay. Felt like staying at a friend's place. Hosts were kind, helpful and patient, even drove me to the supermarket on my first night here. Had great conversations and were helpful to recommend me places to go in the city. They stay here as well so always available for you. Rooms were comfortable but in a shared apartment so manage your expectations, but for its price point, no complaints. You get to use their washing machine, iron, fridge, microwave and kettle so perfect for a longer stay.

Numero Uno Beach House features a sun terrace with free Wi-Fi throughout. It is located directly on Ocean Park Beach and 3 km from Condado Lagoon. Lovely charming guest house with a beach vibe situated on a beautiful long beach not far from San Juan old town. The staff here are excellent and very friendly and the food and service was very good. Air conditioning in the room but used very infrequently as there is also a lovely ceiling fan. The terrace is lovely for sitting in the evening and watching the sea.
