Located in Paopao, Fare Haurevaiti Moorea provides an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. There is a private bathroom with shower in all units, along with a hairdryer and free toiletries. A beautiful oasis with the most stunning view. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the accommodation, so relaxing and thoughtful decorated. The breakfast (what is offered for a small extra fee) is perfect, a good way to start the day. All in all...100% to recommend, stay at Sarah's beautiful B&B and enjoy your time on Moorea. She has plenty of recommendations what to do and where to go. We will be back one day!

When it comes to travel, the misconception that luxurious destinations only offer high-priced accommodations often prevails. However, our experience at "Haere Mai | Te Fare" in Moorea shattered this notion. Opting for their "Family Bungalow" with two double beds and one single bed, a private bathroom, and a delightful balcony, we found a perfect blend of comfort and affordability at $135/night, with an additional $15 per person for a scrumptious breakfast. 💼💤 It's worth noting that payments are accepted only in local currency, and cards, Euros, or Dollars are not accommodated. 💳🚫💶💵 What truly set the ambiance apart was the captivating presence of a grand rubber tree at the heart of the property, coupled with Polynesian decor that adorned the entire space. The owners, exceptionally warm and attentive, ensured all our needs were met with enthusiasm. 🌳🎨🛌 However, accessing the location requires a rental car or at least a scooter, as it's a 5-minute drive from the main road, conveniently close to both the ferry terminal and the airport. Additionally, the Sofitel Hotel nearby offers a tempting day pass for exploration. 🚗🏍️🏨 I wholeheartedly recommend "Haere Mai | Te Fare" to fellow travelers heading to Moorea. For a better deal, consider reaching out to them directly. Our delightful stay was a testament to the charm of local hospitality and the hidden gems waiting to be discovered. 🌺🌴✨

Set in Moorea, Fare Tokoau Moorea offers accommodation with a private pool, a balcony and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We loved the privacy and natural rustic beauty of the accomodation. The hosts were very helpful and they spoke English which was great. We loved their welcome to us and the sharing of their family and cultural history. The pool was lovely and the ice-cream shop I minute away was a bonus. Alex’s dive trip was fantastic and not to be missed.

Just 100 metres from a private beach, Moorea Golf Lodge offers bungalows with free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests enjoy a bar, restaurant and snorkelling on site. This is great value for a family to stay on Moorea. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family of four, and the lodge also has a restaurant. The breakfasts were great, particularly the coconut bread. This is a great alternative to a fancy resort for people who are travelling as a family.

Located right on the beach, Linareva Moorea Beach Resort is a small hotel in typical French Polynesian style. Guests have free Wi-Fi access and can borrow canoes, bicycles and snorkelling equipment. A perfectly organised family run boutique resort set against a backdrop of mountains and an atoll. Location is one of my favourite in French Polynesia, The place has a super peaceful atmosphere and is great to crash after an active holiday in Polynesia. The hosts are brilliant and will encourage exploring the local habitat.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Tema'e Beach House is a recently renovated homestay set in Temae, less than 1 km from Temae Beach. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. Nick, the owner, is great. He was friendly and helpful. Although he lives on-site, he is usually busy with house chores, or on adventures of his own, so he's not there much. During my visit, the house was full of life and had a fairly steady pace of changing travelers every couple days. It was about 8-10 mins from beach and comes equipped with a very sweet house cat. Everything was super clean, and cooking utensils were aplenty. No dishwasher, so be prepared to tidy up after yourself. It is quite a remote location, and requires some effort to get to anything except the little gas station nearby, which was quite handy in a pinch with basic groceries. Also, TAKE MOSQUITO REPELLANT. A recently renovated guest house situated in Vaïare, Fare Mihimana features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. It’s a nice independent bedroom with private bathroom and kitchenette plus sitting area, it is actually a big space for one or two guests. Beautiful and peaceful surrounding. The house is located near the dock where ferries arrive, just minutes away walking. The owner Murielle is a very sweet, friendly and helpful lady. I enjoyed my stay very much and will stay again if I ever come to Moorea.

Located in Orufara and only 1.4 km from Ta'ahiamanu Beach, Vaiterupe Sweet Home provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I stayed for a week. Tony and Dolores are wonderful hosts and made me feel welcome. The apartment was clean, with a fantastic view of the Opunohu Bay and the surrounding mountains, a spectacular scenery. Apparently the terrace is a great place to watch the whales in the season (I was there just before the season started so no sightings for me). Public beach is about 15 mins walk. I would recommend to hire a car / scooter in order to avoid unwanted contact with a bunch of not so friendly unleashed dogs in the neighbourhood and to make it easier to get around the island (the nearest grocery shop / supermarket is a few km up the road).

A recently renovated property, FARE TEMANEA is located in Papetoai near Papetoai Beach, Tiahura Beach. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. What a great find…good location, sort of in between anything you would want to visit…but the best thing were the use of the kayaks which we took out every morning to paddle to the little islands, beaches and to snorkel. Wonder finish to our 3 month trip away from home. Thank you, thank you

Offering sea views, VILLA SUNRISE MOOREA in Papetoai offers accommodation, a private beach area, an infinity pool, a garden and a terrace. Fresh mango, other fruits and bread etc provided everyday for breakfast, awesome location, central to all the attractions, hikes on moorea, and right on the water. We saw whales from the deck! On a private (gated) road so very peaceful and safe. Kayaks available to use. Clean, modern facilities and host was very friendly and helpful. We loved it! Better than we expected
