Everything! It is super clean and comfortable place, better than any motels, appartments i stayed in my NZ trip! Beautiful surrounding areas and a wonderful place to stay close to Dunedin. Clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful - they came to check on us and offered a towel change which was very appreciated. Really great place to relax away from the city.

The guest house is in a beautiful building with plenty of space. The location was very close to town, university and Botanical gardens. Breakfast was a lovely bonus! Staff were incredibly friendly too!

The breakfast was good! We enjoyed the many different options available (this really stood out to us), especially the bread and the juice. The location was great, it was very close to the city and we had no trouble getting to and from where we stayed. The Art Glass Studio was very warm at night which was great for the cold weather.

Wow.. I liked everything about it. I was made to feel very welcome and was impressed with the attention to detail. From free drinks in the fridge and home made bread for breakfast to the luxury bath robes and towels. The room was beautiful and the bed so good I slept in! I am only sorry I couldn't stay a little longer.
