We loved the character of this older establishment. So roomy and comfortable. The location was terrific for downtown dining.

The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable - much needed after a long drive. We really loved the interior design and amenities provided! Paul was such an amazing host, friendly, accommodative and provided us with valuable recommendations. The view from our room was amazing and we loved the hot drinks/snacks provided upon check-in. The place was quiet, peaceful and we appreciate the proximity of the place to Albatross Centre, avoiding a long drive to town on a dark night. I would recommend the place to everyone!

This 2-bedroom suite has a well equipped kitchenette with microwave, rice cooker, fridge, toaster and kettle. The sunny main bedroom has a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and shares the owner's bathroom facilities. Large sunny deck area with BBQ and outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy.

Free WiFi is provided. It was a treat to stay at Minaret Ridge after 3 nights at crowded hostels. Just what I needed. Jay was helpful in assisting me “find” the property (I almost went into their lovely honeymoon by mistake!). What a relaxing stay -thanks!

Situated on a 6-acre lifestyle property, Height of Dunedin Serviced Farm Stay offers a semi-serviced, 1-bedroom guesthouse. The sunny, detached cabin boasts farmlet views and is nestled below mature pine trees, with a well-appointed verandah and patio garden. Cottage is on a rural property, lovely setting and very quiet. It is spacious with a separate bedroom and large well appointed bathroom with bulk toiletries- no little plastic bottle waste. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is tastefully decorated with nice touches throughout. It was good to have easy instructions to use TV. Ngaire and Mark have done a great job.

lovely home stay with lovely hosts in a wonderful character home,breakfast is provided but unfortunately due to time constraints I didn’t manage to eat any.
it was unique and whilst still private felt like a private home. from the happy hour from 5-6 where the fridge was stocked with nice wine to the jars of sweets that you could grab if you needed a little sugar.
