Consigliato per vivere una serata tranquilla pre Safari da fare la mattina seguente.

Kurumba Lodge is a wonderful place with an awesome family. From the first welcome drink until the last moment of GoodBye it was an unforgettable lifetime for us. The son Naditha and his parents supported us in nearly every aspect, we could image. Wether it was some technical problems with my camera or an unforgettable safari – in every moment, they were so helpful. The self made food, the drinks, everything tasted very well. The place of the lodge is also very nice. The terrace with a wide view, all the wildlife animals – for us as nature lovers and photographers – perfect. And by the way, the bed, the matress, the AC – we slept like in heaven. The hardest thing was to say goodbye, because it felt already like at home. We felt in love with these wonderful and heart warming people.

Great location next to the entrance to wilpattu national park. You can take a nice stroll next to the lake from here as well. The hosts are very inviting and make it feel like a home stay. Dinner is served at the cabin and its decent quality and a reasonable price. Ask for pancakes at breakfast, they are really good.

Really quiet and beautiful spot close to the national parks they do safaris and the food was delicious and cheap. The rooms are pretty big and comfortable! We highly recommend the place :)

The room was very nice with all that was needed to have a comfortable stay. We had a terrace with a nice view of the rice fields. We also had a great safari with a driver who could spot many animals and he put a lot of effort so that we could see the leopard, and all these with respect for nature. The breakfast, dinner and safari meals were very tasty and it was impossible to eat it all. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great location, very calm and quiet environment with water front. The owner is very friendly and helpful to make that we had a pleasant stay. The pllace was very clean and the food was really yummy. The bird watching boat ride at sunset was really awesome.

You cannot get a better location, it’s 100m next to the entrance of the national park! The staff is super hospitalising! They can offer you safari drivers as well, for a really good price!
