Situated in Kalutara, Karl Holiday Bungalow offers peaceful and homely accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. We used this very nice and cosy little hotel during three weeks as a 'base camp' for trips around the island. We were more than satisfied with everything. Staff is very friendly and nice and made us feel very welcome. The pool is clean and the garden is very beautiful and well maintained with flowers and decorations. Furnitures in the patio areas where you can sit outside and chill. The food they serve is also very tasty — we really liked the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner specialities. Our room was big and spacious wirh good storage facilities for clothes and personal belongings. To have a fridge of your own and access to a kitchen is a big advantage!

The guesthouse is new and recently opened, so the furniture and facilities are brand new and very comfortable. The owners live in the same house, which gives you a sense of security. They are very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was also delicious and we were very impressed with the hospitality.

The most amazing stay ever with the nicest host! Th room was very spacious with a very nice balcony with sea view and calm fresh air. It’s a very quiet place. He gave us a very big breakfast for small price. He is helpful, loves a small talk and really wants the best for you. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Located in Kalutara, Anura Home Stay offers peaceful and homely accommodation with free WiFi access in the entire property. By far one of the best homestays I've been to in Sri-Lanka!! There was a perfect balance between your own intimacy yet great hospitality! It was super clean and there's everything you need. It's also so close to the beach and the transports. I had a lovely stay in this beautiful house with such a welcoming couple.
