Situated just 2 km from Kalutara Beach, The Elegance features accommodation in Kalutara with access to a garden, a bar, as well as luggage storage space. The peace and birdsong. The lady was lovely couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. The roof garden was beautiful only used it once to relax .A adequate balcony to sit our on. Lots of kitchenware to make food if necessary.

La camera stupenda, confortevole e moderna, la cucina molto buona, accesso alla spiaggia e possibilità di fare massaggi nelle strutture adiacenti. Siamo stati due notti ma saremmo rimasti ancora!

Really lovely, relaxing stay with very friendly family! The house itself is very impressive and the room was very clean and spacious. The host is very thoughtful of the guests, providing an adapter for charging our phone and a plug in bug repellent just incase for when we opened the windows (there was no issue with this however). There is also a very convenient common area on the relaxing balcony outside where you can use the provided dishes and dining table to eat, also coffee and tea provided. The owner was very kind, giving us great directions for our journey to Negombo the next day. Would highly recommend! 😊

Ho scoperto questa struttura per puro caso ed è stata una scoperta estremamente positiva. La struttura la famiglia di Victor mi hanno accolto con tutto quello che un ospite desidera, comodità, gentilezza e accoglienza. Dall’alloggio alla colazione è stato tutto perfetto…mi sentivo a casa. Complimenti a tutta la famiglia. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Boasting a balcony with city views, a garden and a shared lounge, Regno Villa the Infinity by Netflix can be found in Panadura, close to Panadura Beach and 22 km from Bambalapitiya Railway Station. We read a few bad reviews before we stayed but they were so unfair! The owners were away but they contacted me by wattsapp as soon as we arrived and were always available. Pushpa who was working at the hotel was an absolute joy and helped us in any way we wanted - including moving rooms so we could be at the back of the house which I recommend to watch wildlife. Centrally located, easy to pay - card or cash offered with no additional charges for card. Nice breakfast. Were able to get into room early. No fridge in room but we were able to use the large fridge in the kitchen. Would happily stay again.

Stayed for one night. We had one part of the house, living room with sofas + fridge. Bedroom had one double bed, washroom had good shower. Good A/C. Place was clean, host was kind and welcoming. Has place for parking. Peace and quiet. Recommended.
