Amazing hanok stay in the heart of Gyeongju, but on a side street, so it was peaceful and quiet. The bed is of course a futon, don't expect a normal bed, because it is a traditional house. The owners are extremely kind, they kept our luggage for the night when we stayed at a temple and afterwards on the last day for the whole afternoon after the check out. There are only a few rooms and this is what makes it special. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone! It is a must do when in Gyeongju!

Wolyeongchae is a comfortable and quiet hanok accommodation located snugly like a bird's nest in a residential alley. This is an actual old house, or hanok, of classic Korean heritage. How can it get any cooler than that? It was really cute and got these vibes like you're actually in the countryside as a kid, but for some reason you're a Korean kid. Bed was nice, the host is stellar. Just the best. She was in contact with us the whole time and gave us a lot of instructions to find her home, which is tucked away inside an old town, but is really just a throw away from a bus stop.

We are so glad that we stayed here in this traditional accommodation. It is super centrally located, next to the tombs and to the street full of restaurants and cafés, but quiet at night at the same time :) We slept so well! The hosts are super nice, and the breakfast was really complete. We have very good memories of this place from our whole stay in South Korea

We enjoyed our hanok stay. It's clean, safe and cozy. The best part is experiencing the traditional way of living. The owner gave us a lot of tips about the surroundings and we had some delightful conversations :) Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic hanok living with a personal touch!

Objekat Gyeongju Friend Guesthouse je smešten u gradu Gjeondžu, na 8,4 km od znamenitosti Gyeongju World, a u ponudi ima klimatizovane smeštajne jedinice i terasu. A fantastic experience! I ended up staying for 5 nights here. The owner went well beyond requirements to make sure my stay was a good one. Very sweet and helpful despite not speaking much English (and my Korean being crap). The place is very clean and comfortable, good AC, good common area, excellent breakfast and very friendly and laid- back in general. I prefer to stay in places frequented more by local tourists than international ones and this place was perfect in that sense. No boring and hackneyed backpacking stories, just good insight into Korean culture from other guests. I've been lucky enough to be able to explore much of Asia at a snail's pace and this hostel was a top experience for me. Thanks for your kindness and hospitality! As for the town, there are some great things to see, most of all the. National Museum, the park with the tombs and the temple outside town. Also a great small 2 building museum in a park near the hostel which goes into detail on how the tombs were built. The hanok part of town I found a bit disappointing, mainly due to overcrowding and a theme park like feel to it- I much preferred the one in Jeonju to Gyeongju but enjoyed Gyeongju overall and, obviously, the guest house!

Located 1 km from Gyeongju Express Bus Terminal, Hanok Raon 한옥 라온 is a guest house in a traditional Korean residential building offering guest rooms with Ondol, Korean heated flooring, and air... Excellent location could explore everywhere on foot. Charming traditional room and good clean facilities

If you want a real Korean guesthouse experience, this super sweet grandmother will welcome you with open arms. She is extremely cheerful and hospitable and will make sure you never go thirsty or hungry and have a good sightseeing plan. We appreciated the ramen and watermelon breakfast and her kind offer to do laundry. Watching the Olympics with her (and the help of Google translate), ranks up there with one of our best memories of Korea.

Awesome place ! Lots of equipments, bathroom and outside bath are great, the bed is very comfortable and the whole place is beautiful. Excellent!
