Located within 2.6 km of Myvatn Nature Baths, Birkilauf in Myvatn has a number of amenities, including lake and mountain views. We loved this place. It was warm, clean, and very comfortable, the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the area of Myvatn. The host made us feel very welcome. We very much enjoyed the well-equiped kitchen. A nice surprise was that our host made freshly baked banana bread. We really felt home here and would definitely recommend this place to other travellers!

Az Eldá Guesthouse épülete Reykjahlíð településén található, mindössze pár perces sétára a Myvatn-tótól. Egy golfpálya 750 méterre helyezkedik el. Reggeli nagyon finom volt, a személyzet pedig nagyon kedves.

Key code entry to rooms, communal areas, fridge with allocated boxes/space for each room, great recycling, very well organised and the location excellent!! Shower / mats available for every time you used the shower.

Offering rooms and cottages, Hlid Hostel is 500 metres from Lake Mývatn, in Reykjahlíd. WiFi and parking are free. Facilities include a BBQ area, terrace and shared kitchen. All was great I can only recommend this hostel.
