Located on Álftanes peninsula, this guest house offers cottage-style rooms with free WiFi , driftwood furniture and a flat-screen TV. Reykjavík city centre is 14 km away. Great, quiet location with fantastic views. A little drive from the main roads, but that´s perfectly to our liking. Very clean and spacious room, comfortable beds including the sofabed. Also the little terrace on the seaside was perfect for a morning coffee or latenight stargazing :)

Just off the Laugavegur shopping street, Grettir Guesthouse features self-service check-in. This property is a 5-minute walk from Hallgrimskirkja Church. Free WiFi is available. Room was large, clean and comfortable! Bed and bedding were very comfortable! Bonus was having the running water in the bedroom.

Eric the Red is a perfectly located Guest House in Reykjavik just 60m/200ft from Hallgrímskirkja Church which is the biggest church and single most central point in Reykjavik, we are in short walking... The room is really good and the kitchen is well decorated.

Situated in Reykjavik’s old city centre, this family-run property is across the street from Hallgrim’s Church. It offers a communal kitchen, as well as modern and fresh rooms with wooden furnishings. This was a graduation gift for our granddaughter. We booked one of their apartments to have more space, larger beds and a private bath. It was just what we needed. Full kitchen included! We added their breakfast every morning which had a wide selection and was delicious. There was also a laundry on-site, but we didn't use it. Located across the street from a bus/tour pick up. Very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. They did a lite clean of the apartment each day. Plenty of clean towels.

Set in a building dating back to 1916, this Reykjavík guest house is within 5 minutes’ walk of the popular Laugavegur shopping street. Both WiFi and private, on-site parking are free. I liked having our own apartment with a separate entrance. The room came with everything we needed for a one night stay.
