Great breakfast. Nice common areas Can walk pretty much anywhere from here. We walked to the waterfront and then walked to Mantecherry (Jew Town area). He set up a backwater boat for us in Alleppey that was great. We realized when we got to the ducks that you can organize them from the dock and that may have been cheaper (there are hundreds of boats) but it was nice to just have it set up and ready for us!

What a find Paddy n Canal Home Stay was. Robin and Rino are great hosts - hospitable and welcoming. They provide a very useful list of everything you need to know while staying there - right down to directions to the house in Malayalam for a tuk tuk driver. The house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a lovely peaceful location beside a canal. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

This 8-room inn was recently newly built, and my room was very clean and well-appointed. It’s in a good location in Fort Kochi, close to major sights. The couple that runs the inn were exceptionally welcoming and kind to me, and were very responsive over WhatsApp and in person. They helped me arrange an airport pickup, accommodated a late-night check-in, and booked for me at my request tickets to a Kathakali show and backwaters day trip (which was exceptional) and made all the logistics of my stay very easy. This was easily one of the best places I’ve stayed on my month-long trip to India.

The Mayflower - Heritage Villa, a property with a garden, is located in Alleppey, 2.7 km from Thumpoly Beach, 1 km from Alleppey Lighthouse, as well as 2.3 km from Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple. Host was very nice. Description online was a bit deceiving. I was under an impression that we will have access to the entire villa. But to our surprise, the property owner resided there too. Susan was super nice. Served us delicious home made breakfast. Overall it was a very good experience.
