They provide a very useful list of everything you need to know while staying there - right down to directions to the house in Malayalam for a tuk tuk driver. The house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a lovely peaceful location beside a canal. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

I never thought I could find such good stay. It was very clean and comfortable to stay with awesome ambience and facilities. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Overall me and my family loved the stay and Elzas fortinn will be in our top priority list to stay whenever we visit Cochin.

The location of the accommodation is perfect—not directly in the tourist center, but close enough to easily reach it while enjoying a charming local vibe. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming stay with a personal touch!

I genuinely cannot put into words how awesome this property was. The whole family made us feel welcome as more than just guests. They cooked us brilliant food, laughed at our jokes (thanks guys) and invited us to play hours upon hours of badminton in their front yard. Probably not a place for the anti-social traveler but its beachside location, excellent hosts and really good vibes make this a perfect choice of accommodation.

Very clean, homely athmosphere with decorations on walls which made it nice just to be there. Own small kitchen with refrigerator and water boiler, free coffee/Tea. The hosts are very service minded and speaks good english. Breakfast is really good homemade. Very high value for money.
