Host was very friendly and accommodating, she even remembered how I take my coffee! Expansive and filling home made breakfast. One of the best places I have ever stayed at, I will surely be back!

I came for 3 nights, one day holiday and one day working from the room - connections were fine, and there were no problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa room is a nice bonus after a day's cycling. The owners have a small winery and the Olasz Riesling is really good

Villa7 in Alsóörs provides accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The property is 100 metres away from Lake Balaton and less than 1 km from Somlyo Hill Viewpoint. Nice hotel, well located in a quiet place near the lake. The hotel seems new or recently renovated. It possesses a smart tv in the room for convenience.

A modern and fresh look and wonderful clean and bright room. Check was quick and friendly and great contact with the host. Plenty of car parking space. The room is clean, the bed was comfy and warm. The bathroom was large for a single room, lots of hot water, nice towels where provided. You have acces to a communal kitchen and living area with everything you possible need. The area is quiet, it's a small town to walk with a couple of bars, small supermarket. ATM. I would happily stay again

Great location, good accommodations, clean, easy access. Each room has 2 beds, its own bathroom and its own refrigerator; a little bit like in a hotel/motel room, and it can be locked. The rooms open to a breakfast area and kitchen that has the basics; a cooktop with two burners (no oven), dishes, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee pot, etc. We rented 3 of the 4 rooms, and the 4th room was not occupied, but I assume it could have been rented out for somebody else who we don't know. So, even though it's a house with 4 rooms, the set-up is a little bit like a hotel, each room is self-contained with its own fridge. We loved it! Great for a couple of days of vacation! The host was very friendly and very pleasant. Walking distance from the beach and local store. Great view! Beautiful location. We'll probably try to rent it again next year when we come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent facility in the middle of wineyards on the slope of Somlo mountain. Perfect place stay with friends and enjoy the weekend. Mr. Kolonics - both senior and junior are fantastic hosts. We enjoyed great dinner and wine tasting from their own winery. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, beds comfortable. Very good breakfast! The whole setup is very convinient - there is a big room for breakfast, dinner or just drinking wine with friends. Thank you for everything!

Francis and his wife are amazing hosts who can surely transmit his enthusiasm to the guests. They are very friendly and pleasant people with a warm and welcoming heart. The accomodation is perfect. Taken care of in all details, clean and tidy and with a nice confortable bed. Amazing breakfast. The garden is a poetry: with its colorful flowers and utensils here and there and not to talk about the amazing view on Lake Balaton. We asked some tips to Francis about places to visit and a restaurant (his family's owned place) and we definitely felt in good hands with his suggestions. Conclusion: do not hesitate to book and enjoy the stay at the guesthouse.
