We loved how cozy the room was! The view is very beautiful from the terrace. Located 400m (slighty uphill) from the beach, Villa Šimović is a great place to spend your holiday in Baška Voda. It features both rooms with shared kitchen and some apartments with private ones. Free parking was also a big plus. Our apartment had everything we needed during our stay (even if it was short). Big props for the host who made our stay pleasant.

Ante and Marija are taking care of this object, and they where really caring, helpful and nice. Good location, very closed to the beach, very quiet. The appartment is well equipped and kept, also very clean. The beds are comfortable. A couple of restaurants are in the next village. A car is very helpful. There are steps where you need to carry the luggage, but Mirijam helped us there.

So nice they greeted us with drinks and showed us round there living area, I loved all the antiques. The room we stayed in was so big. Very clean and it had a balcony and cooking area. Great apartment.
