Located 400m (slighty uphill) from the beach, Villa Šimović is a great place to spend your holiday in Baška Voda. It features both rooms with shared kitchen and some apartments with private ones. Free parking was also a big plus. Our apartment had everything we needed during our stay (even if it was short). Big props for the host who made our stay pleasant.

They greeted us very warmly and showed us their impressive collection, were available for questions throughout the whole trip, and we had an overall amazing time. The apartment was very central, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and beautifully furnished. We will definitely be returning!!
