Ļoti tuvu dzelzceļa stacijai un metro stacijai, tirgum. Salīdzinoši klusa vietā, patika,ka klusā stunda ir jau no 21:00. Tātad vieta, kur var mierīgi izgulēties!

Great place! Everything is clean, new, there is everything you need. Excellent and friendly staff. Very quiet, comfortable mattresses, comfortable and spacious kitchen. There is a small terrace. I recommend it to everyone, I will come here again!

Situated within 1.7 km of Rustaveli Theatre and 1.9 km of Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, Family Guest House features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tbilisi City. Everything was nice and clean and very presentable. Very friendly mother and son property owners. The private bathroom had new appliances, new deep sink wash bowl, new high sufficient toilet, new shower head for long hot showers and comfortable bed, open air private balcony, and outside sound cancelling security window and balcony door. Good working refrigerator and very quiet room space. And 1-minute walk to "Fresco" a very large, well stocked 24-hour grocery market.

In the Avlabari district of Tbilisi City, close to Freedom Square, MR Guest House features a garden and a washing machine. The family was really welcoming, as well the apartment. The location is near the center. The yard is undescribably comfortable. Every recommendation!!

This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money

K&N Guesthouse is located in the Avlabari district of Tbilisi City, 2.1 km from Freedom Square, 2.5 km from Rustaveli Theatre and 2.7 km from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. Incredibly friendly and accommodating family. The lack of English is not a problem, as some people have mentioned in previous posts. Their son speaks decent English anyway if you need help with enquiries. They allowed us to store luggage when we went to Kazbegi for a few days. The room is comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The property is about 15 mins walk from the Old Town but it is right next to the huge cathedral, which is worth a stroll around both at night and during the day

Set 6.1 km from Rustaveli Theatre, PALAZZO offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a shared lounge. Everything is nice 🙂 Hotel is so good and clean and new.🙃🙃
