A kitchen that is not big but easy to use. There are all kinds of dishes and pots, so there is no inconvenience. There is also a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very good. Both the kitchen and the shower room have good water pressure, and the hot water comes out quickly, so I don't feel stressed. The room is stylish and has a chic atmosphere, so it's very calm. It's very convenient because there are side tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. There were plenty of tables, wardrobes, and storage shelves, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience.

K&N Guesthouse is located in the Avlabari district of Tbilisi City, 2.1 km from Freedom Square, 2.5 km from Rustaveli Theatre and 2.7 km from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. Had a lovely stay at K&N guesthouse - the room was clean and comfortable, had AC and TV. The family was very sweet, friendly and helpful, suggested places to eat that wouldn't be overpriced. The playful owner's cat always lifted the mood :D Great location - close to the city centre (max 20-30 min walk to old Tbilisi), close to the metro (9 min), close to Holy Trinity Cathedral, various cafes and shops. The hill that some people mentioned wasn't really a problem. All taxi drivers also found the place. Thanks for the cozy stay!
