There was a small terrace availabe on the top of the building and another table on the backyard. Very nice options to enjoy some snacks and wine in the evenings. Near the hotel, shops, tourist information and currency exchange agents can be found - anything a traveller needs. The owner was very helpful, providing information about Borjomi and the neighbourhood, and, was waiting for me upon my arrival.

The owner is very friendly and sweet. I really enjoyed living here. I would highly recommend it!!

The family were lovely and very obliging. They brought watermelon to us one afternoon and provided us with a kettle on request. The evening meal and breakfast (vegetarian only) were both excellent and wine was provided in the evening. Home made jams and honey at breakfast. The place was so relaxing we ended up staying another night

It's a little family run guest house but the room I had was elegant like a hotel room and it had a modern en-suite bathroom - luxury for a budget traveller. The WiFi worked well which is important for me. The host was friendly and helpful. And the location is just perfect: a minute from both the bus/marshrutka station and the fortress, right in the center of town in the flat part, so you don't have to climb any hill with your luggage.
