Charming and cozy house! Center location, mountain views! Feels like a labyrinth inside (I loved it), and like it has a history. Long story short: I had a difficult situation, I could not find a place to stay that day for a long time and was very tired, but this hotel received me in the best way possible - I was met, fed at 10 pm to satiety, and put to sleep in a comfortable bed. (Thanks to the wonderful personal)
What pleased me was that there was a lot of shampoo initially and that they even had dental suite! And the price includes three meals a day and it's really very cool! Delicious and creates some kind of schedule, I personally felt a lot less stressed, because I knew that I would eat at 3 o'clock, for example! Highly recommend!
Also, they have a place to sit between every two rooms - so the guests can talk if they want to and get to know each other.

Yes, the location is quite far from Borjomi, shops and restaurants, but if you come by car and want to relax, I would really recommend this place. One of the best experiences. The best hosts ever, I have been in many hotels but have never seen such great hosts. Those guys helped us out in everything.
Also, rooms are big enough in size and very comfortable. Location is good. I will visit them again, definitely.
The cottage has a fantastic location near forest, where deers come! House is cosy and has a modern interior! I read a few reviews saying that the road is bad but i was very happy to see a newly made road!!!
