The Avenue is perfectly located 3 mins walk from the delightful town centre of Bakewell with a good selection of bars and restaurants and local bus services very close by.The property was spotlessly clean and very warm and welcoming and very quiet at nights despite being situated on the A6.Sarah the proprietor was an excellent and helpful host and provided a lovely breakfast of delicious locally sourced ingredients and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !.

Lovely room, with a fantastic bathroom and use of the other facilities if you want (living room and kitchen). Stacey the host was very welcoming and informative and we had a brilliant stay, would definitely recommend.

Kingscroft is a wonderful place to visit by itself, given the fascinating decor and charismatic hosts. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and the facilities clean. We had a great nights sleep. The pre-ordered breakfasts offered a wide selection of cold and hot breakfast items, highly adjustable to one's preferences. The hosts further provided us with recommendations of local restaurants and activities.

Everything offered was high quality and I felt very well taken care of as a customer.
