Piper and Terrence are the most splendid hosts who engaged us in cheerful and helpful banter. The house is beautifully decorated with delightfully quirky touches throughout. And the breakfast - simply magnificent.

Situated in Braunton, in a historic building, 24 km from Lundy Island, The Brookfield is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. Lovely welcome from our host, Chris, who was lovely with our grandson, showing him the family guinea pigs. The family room we had was huge, with a spacious en suite. Everything was super clean, and breakfast was served to the conservatory table; a tray piled with cereals, fruit, yogurts, toast and warm croissants was plentiful, and the coffee was fresh and refills were happily provided. Chris also catered for a gluten free eater with gf crumpets and granola. The house is a one minute walk from all the shops and places to eat in Braunton-, which is a really nice village. Off road parking was useful, and the gorgeous beaches at Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay area both only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Set in Budleigh Salterton and only less than 1 km from Budleigh Salterton Beach, Park House offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Excellent breakfast with a nice selection. Vert spacious lodging. Adorable owners who share not only their beautiful house but tips for sightseeing, restaurants....Great location with Downtown access by foot. Highly recommanded.

Set in Combe Martin, in a historic building, 2.3 km from Combe Martin Beach, Lion House Bed & Breakfast with Restaurant is a guest house with a bar and shared lounge. Staff very kind and available, free private parking, amazing breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. The room was very large and the bathroom too, very clean as well. We really enjoyed our stay, a pity that we stayed one night only.
