The property is beautiful! Helen was very accommodating to our schedule attending a wedding nearby. The bed was comfy, everything was exceptionally clean and we really enjoyed watching all the chickens roaming freely. This is a great place for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

I'd never been to the area. It's lovely. A short distance from downtown with great eateries, grocery stores, charity shops and a lovely park allow the river. The accomodation was very comfortable. The host was very attentive and helpful. It's 20-30mins from the airport and pretty much a straight shot to London (Hyde Park) by car. There are a few nice towns in area as well. It's about a 1.5 hr drive down to Brighton; also a pretty straight shot.

With picturesque English gardens, West Lodge is a 19th-century Victorian house, offering free parking and good breakfasts. West Lodge has en suite rooms with TVs, DVD players and tea/coffee. Good sized beds, lovely breakfast, in a charming room, very quaint. No problems whatsoever, and a good price
