The room had a cracking bath which after weeks motor biking around was well appreciated. The breakfast was the best I’ve had after two weeks in numerous hotels/guest houses.

Although we don’t speak fluent French, we found we had common interests and enjoyed a relaxing chat at breakfast. We would highly recommend.

Alan was the perfect host and had marked up a map for me with places of interest, recommendations of where to eat, and the best routes into and around the town. The apartment space was generously set out with a smart kitchenette, modern bathroom, and large sleeping and lounge space which were particularly well furnished. There is direct access to an outside space which includes a pool. The location is easily accessible from the train station and is a gentle level walk into the centre of Narbonne. Fresh bread and fruit was left for me each morning with all other condiments readily available in the kitchen including a coffee maker and kettle.
