Everything: the location on the elephantine island was amazing, with view to the nile river, and next to greats restaurants. The bedroom was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. In fact they help us to take the boat and taxi to the train station at 4 am. 100%recommended

Boasting a private beach area and views of lake, La Terrace is a recently renovated guest house situated in Aswan, 23 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. This beachfront property offers access to a patio. The best part was the host. Mohammed was a super nice host - very responsive and easy to communicate. I got there after midnight, and I even had to leave the hotel at 3.30am for a super early morning tour on the same day, but thankfully he arranged the airport pickup and the boat. For the 3.30am boat ride, he stayed awake until around 3.40am to make sure that I made the boat ride on time. And the view from the terrace was magnificent. It was such a pity that I didn't have enough time to enjoy the view while my stay at the hotel. The room was clean with basic furniture - bed, wardrobe, a small fridge, a bedside table and a private bathroom. The hotel is a minute away from the jetty, and right before the jetty, there is a little shop where you can get almost anything. In a nutshell, it was worth the money.

Great location - 1 min from the ferry dock. The warmth of the hosts, everyone was always welcoming. My wife was unwell for a day, they always asked about her and cared for her. Nice breakfast (additional 150 EGP). Beautiful views. The room was cleaned everyday and bed linen was changed (which was wonderful). Great shower pressure.
