L'Hostal Romy està situat a l'illa de San Cristóbal, a 120 m de la ciutat de Malecón, i ofereix aire condicionat, vistes a la platja i aparcament privat gratuït. The hostal was in a great location and was run by very friendly and helpful family team. We stayed one night and were very grateful for the transfer to the airport. Rooms were clean and spacious and had good facilities.

Situated within 100 metres of Playa de los Marinos and 1.1 km of Oro Beach in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, Hostal Cattleya offers accommodation with seating area and a kitchenette. The BEST hostel. Air conditioning, hot showers, big rooms with storage space, comfy beds, clean with daily housekeeping, filtered drinking water, free breakfast every morning on a beautiful terrace, walkable to the main part of town but far enough removed for quiet, laundry available, quick communication. But best of all, the hostel hosts Trudy and Ivan were the most wonderful people and completely made our stay. Ivan has lived his whole life on San Cristobal and worked as a fisherman, and Trudy is descended from the first descendants of Floreana Island (also in the Galapagos). They are so kind and friendly, helped us with information and recommendations, and we so appreciated getting to learn about them and their story. If you stay at Hostal Cattleya, you support a true local family. We love you Trudy and Ivan!

Boasting a garden, Cucuve Eco Hostal is located in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno in the San Cristobal Island region, 3 km from Oro Beach. Alfredo is so kind and welcoming. Very helpful organising tours and transport around the island

Located near the airport ,Hostal "La Posada de José Carlos is placed in a residential area of the island. Free Wifi access is available. Each air conditioning room has cable TV, refrigerator. Everything! Location, very close to the airport (convienient) but also close to the city center. Comfortable room with good bed and shower, minifridge and even an iron, - super useful when travelling with a backpack😃 breakfast was also nice, always fresh eggs in the morning and we could refill our water bottles anytime of the day. Jorge is one of the most helpful people we have met so far on the Galápagos Islands and we did the inland tour with him on San Cristobal which was nice. On the morning we had to leave to the ferry it was raining and he offered to give us a free ride to the harbour, which we appreciated a lot. Can definitely recommend this place!

Casa Rosita is situated in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, within 1.3 km of Oro Beach and 1.6 km of Mann. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay.

Offering city views, Casa Rentera D'Elias 1 is an accommodation located in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, 700 metres from Playa de los Marinos and less than 1 km from Mann. The room was bright and spacious with an ensuite bathroom, fridge and microwave. There was a desk and a closet with hangers; not often found around here. There is a comfortable sofa, a shelf, a coffee table and a bedside table with a switch by the bed to turn off the light. There's a TV, although I don't watch TV. Large enough mirror so you can see your outfit. The shower is spacious and there's hot water not only in the bathroom, but also the common shared kitchen has hot water in the sink so you can wash dishes properly. The family/staff have been amazing and catered to all my needs.

A recently renovated property, Casa Puka is set in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno near Oro Beach, Mann and Playa de los Marinos. This guest house provides a shared lounge. Very new built house, the cleanest hotel from that type which I experienced in whole central and Southamerica, very comfortable bed, the bath was also extremely clean, the towels were changed every second day. Good working aircon (which I barely needed in November). The shower hat a regulation for hot and cold water and had enough pressure. There was also a small flexible shower head, so if you want to rinse something or not to get your hair wet it’s very handy. Luisa was very friendly and helpful with everything I needed - great tips for activities, organizing a SIM card, helping with where to put the wet diving clothes to dry, laundry service. There was a very clean and good equipped kitchen although I didn’t cook, but just made salads twice. There is a bigger supermarket 10 steps away and one smaller directly next to it. The location is great - It’s very quiet, so you don’t need ear plugs to sleep, very near (8min walk) to the center with restaurants and the pier. I would recommend. Casa Puka to everyone without hesitation. It’s a great value for money and great experience. Thank you, Luisa!

A recently renovated property, Lovely Inn is set in San Cristobal near Oro Beach, Playa de los Marinos and Mann. The apartment has everything you need, Mauricio the owner is super helpful and you can always reach out to him for any question about the apartment but also about the Island and everything you need to know about Galapagos (tours, taxis…). We recommend also his tour agency, we did the 360 tour and it was amazing.
