Bright, clean accommodation with small balcony. Fridge provided also in room. Superb value for money. Already recommended to German friends.

The warm, friendly welcome and the fact that the owners were so kind and obliging. The breakfasts were outstanding and we would highly recommend Gasthaus Fohr.

Our host was incredibly accommodating and obviously takes great pride in caring for her guests. She met us at check-in, walked us through everything, and coordinated breakfast. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us after visiting Burg Eltz that afternoon, before making our way down the river back home. Parking is on site. There are walking paths behind the house. She gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The downstairs is accessible for an open tab on wine and beverages after hours as well as access to the terrace with a view of the river. She served us, sat and chatted with guests during breakfast, and was just lovely in general. She also made our children hot chocolate in the morning, which she joked was the best in Germany- but my kids actually said it was the best they'd had! Boasting a garden and views of quiet street, Hanne's Gästestudio is a recently renovated homestay situated in Osann-Monzel, 32 km from Arena Trier. Very nice host. Seperate and nice entry to the studio, that make you completely independant from the owner. There is even a small garden. Great equipment. It is even better than on the pictures. Super comfortable bed. We loved it.

Located within 38 km of Cochem Castle and 48 km of Natural Park Saar-Hunsrück in Kröv, Weinquartier Kröv provides accommodation with seating area. The appartment was very spacious and comfortable. The terrace was a nice extra touch and perfect to enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine. The owners were super friendly and helped in every way possible. They also produce their own wines which were very good and a fair price. The location is ideal to visit other towns along the Mosel river.

Christian is an excellent host, he was very worried for me and for my son. The attention was great and he really cares about the people. We really enjoy the time there. The food of his restaurant is incredible and everything is delicious 😋

Offering a garden and garden view, Weingut Gerd Müllers is situated in Kröv, 46 km from Cochem Castle and 47 km from Natural Park Saar-Hunsrück. The apartment was Fewo 1 which was in very good shape. It was even better than the pictures. It was 70 m2 and you can easily live 4 pax. The apartment has a balcony with view of the Mosel valley. You cant see the river but that didn't matter, the view was good anyway. The owner is a wine producer and we did a very nice and funny wine tasting one evening. The wines are of good quality and we bought some bottles. We bought breakfast one morning which also was very good. In the village Kröv there are some restaurants, grocery stores, a communal outdoor pool and of course a lot of nice wines. We think Gerd Mullers is a very good place for a longer vacation. We will surely return.

Gästehaus Alt Mehring is situated in Mehring, 16 km from Arena Trier, 18 km from Trier Central Station, and 18 km from Rheinisches Landesmuseum Trier. Great place. Lots of charm. Very good German style breakfast. Host was charming and welcoming.
