With mountain views, Dunas De Areia Preta is located in Ribeira da Prata and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, children's playground and picnic area. It was clean and the family setting was exactly what we were looking for. The home cooked meals breakfast and dinner were delicious. We enjoyed the late afternoon walks down to the black sandy beach.

Fantastic establishment. Spacious rooms, big beds. All areas very clean. Very pleasant and helpful host (friendly welcome, help with arranging taxi, etc.). Ideal for families - we enjoyed the pool and basket for basketball. Short walking distance to the center of Cidade Velha.

Featuring mountain views, Casa Tota provides accommodation with a terrace, around 34 km from Cape Verde National Stadium. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a balcony. A nice view from a spacious balcony, beautiful interior and gorgeous paintings on the wall. It was fascinating to stay here for one night in our trip through the island. Apart of that, we got the receipt and tasting of craft grog drink which is so good.

A recently renovated property, KAZARÃO DI MAVETE - Guesthouse is set in Praia near Praia de Gamboa, Praia Negra and Justice Palace. The room and bathrooms were very clean and equipped with everything you could need. The host was by far the best and super helpful with any questions I had.

Situated in Praia, near Praia de Gamboa, Sucupira Market and Ethnography Museum, Cubico Tota has a terrace. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.5 km from Praia Negra. The host is incredible and friendly, waited for me even when the flight arrival is at midnight waited a couple hours more with the passport control.
